We are happy to announce that FondTimes is now Gifts A GoGo!!! We are so excited to be bringing you the newly designed Gifts A GoGo Online Store and a brand new Gifts A GoGo Blog. Our online store is now easier to navigate, with lots of new gift baskets for every occasion. Some of our gift baskets are exclusive designs found only at Gifts A GoGo like our Wrights Pink Popcorn Gift Basket. Who says popcorn has to be white? If you never had it before, it tastes delicious. Wrights Pink Popcorn has been around since the 1940’s, and has been a favorite snack for decades. Looking For New Gift Ideas

Back in November, we were out looking for new and interesting gift ideas for Valentine’s Day. We made the usual rounds of large wholesalers and specialty boutiques looking for something unique and different. Most of the shops had many fantastic things but nothing stood out, so we decided to go off the beaten path. In the Bay Area, there are a number of artisan shops tucked away in the Santa Cruz Mountains and along Highway 1 on the pacific coast. Our first stop was Pescadero, a charming farming and ranching community with a population of about 600. This charming little town also hosts an annual art and fun fair in August. Seeing that it was time for lunch, we decided to stop at Norm’s market for the best artichoke garlic herb bread around. If you are ever in Pescadero, California you must stop and try this bread it’s absolutely delicious. We bought two loafs, one to eat there and the other to take home to enjoy later with some of the locally made goat cheese and a good bottle of California wine. After lunch, we made our way to the first shop called Luna Sea. This shop is a local favorite and has a variety of artisan treasures like ceramics, oil paintings and handmade leather goods. We found these beautiful one of a kind heart creations made by a local artist and we just had to share them with you. These ceramic creations are just so unique with a primitive charm but unfortunately, we are not able to incorporate them into our gift baskets. I believe we left our hearts in San Francisco…

MilkShake Candy Bar
We are always looking for retro and nostalgic candy that is hard to find to add it into our designs. Sadly, some sweet old friends are just not available nowadays. Two of the best candy bars ever made were the MilkShake and Butternut. These were both made by Hollywood brand which is now owned by Hershey. Maybe someday Hershey will make a limited edition of these and then we can have a tast of the 1960s again.
